Anne Hidalgo, the mayor of Paris and one of the most popular and famous women in the world today, was the host of the heroic event that brought global leaders together five years ago to sign the Paris Agreement, setting a milestone for the world to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions that are warming our planet today at an increasing rate.
